David A. Kane has been appointed vice president of the regional resource center and consultant group at Sargent Rehabilitation Center. Kane, who has more than 25 years of experience in education-policy matters, will be responsible for developing and directing a comprehensive resource center for the New England region. He holds a J.D. from New England School of Law. •
