What advice would you give your 22-year-old self? Work hard, listen, take advice, and read everything you can get your hands on. Experiences and the knowledge you pick up along the way will shape your perspective, so make sure it’s as well-rounded as possible.

What is your favorite Rhode Island restaurant? My two favorites are in Providence – El Rancho Grande and Los Andes.

What’s the last book that you read and what quote can you remember from it? I recently read Malcolm Gladwell’s “The Tipping Point.” This quote reminds me that anything is possible: “Tipping Points are a reaffirmation of the potential for change and the power of intelligent action. Look at the world around you. It may seem like an immovable, implacable place. It is not. With the slightest push – in just the right place – it can be tipped.” •
