David Pettey had been promoted to chief operating officer at The Cooley Group. Pettey joined Cooley in 2006 and has 30 years of experience in textile and composite manufacturing. He previously held executive positions at International Paper, Burlington Industries and Quaker Fabric Corp. In addition, Pettey is a member of the technical advisory board for the National Textile Center. •
