Why did you select your profession?

My early years at Fidelity Capital Markets as a bond trader and my real estate-development background prepared me well for my current position.

Where do you see yourself professionally in 10 years?

I see myself as the CFO of a large, preferably local, company.

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever been given?

It’s a marathon; not a sprint.

What advice would you give your 22-year-old self?

While hard work and accomplishments are necessary ingredients, good careers are built on relationships.

What is your favorite escape or hobby?

Spending time with my three daughters.

What one thing in your professional life would you like a do-over on?

In the long run, all my decisions have seemed to work out to my benefit. •
