PROVIDENCE – The deadline to apply for Polaris Manufacturing Extension Partnership’s Manufacturing Innovation Challenge has been extended to June 29.
Polaris MEP, a division of the University of Rhode Island Research Foundation, said the Manufacturing Innovation Challenge is free and manufacturers will be able to access more than $1 million of available funding, expertise and hands-on design and product development talent.
Manufacturers can learn about the challenge by visiting manufacturinginnovationchallenge.com.
Supported by federal funds through R.I. Commerce Corp., the Manufacturing Innovation Challenge takes a company through three phases: assess, implement and catalyze. Companies can be eligible for each phase so long as they show progress.
For information, contact Polaris MEP at (401) 270-8896 or email MIC@polarismep.org.
