Debby Smith has been installed as president of the Northern Rhode Island Board of Realtors. She has been a member of the organization’s board of directors for the past four years, serving on several committees. She has more than 11 years of real estate experience, and currently is a sales associate with Residential Properties Ltd. She is licensed in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts. •
