Deborah O’Brien

Deborah O’Brien has been promoted to vice president and chief operating officer at The Providence Center, after serving as chief operating officer. In her newly expanded role she will continue to be responsible for overseeing the operations of the center’s more than 40 distinct programs. A registered nurse, O’Brien earned her master’s in public administration from the University of Rhode Island. •
