Dev Singh has been named vice president, business and professional banking at Webster Bank in the specialty banking group, where he will serve health care companies, nonprofits, law firms, associations and real estate management companies. He previously served as a commercial banker for HSBC Bank USA. He holds a B.S. in business administration and an MBA from Bryant University. •
