WARWICK – CPA firm DiSanto, Priest & Co. announced three changes to its management team on Friday.

David P. DiSanto, managing partner, has been appointed CEO of The Bentley Group, a network of affiliated firms.

DiSanto will oversee the “vision and growth” of the affiliated entities, Bentley Wealth Advisors LLC; Bentley Consulting Group LLC; Bentley Information Technology Systems; the Bentley Foundation; and DiSanto, Priest & Co.

“This appointment allows greater focus and coordination in providing those services under the Bentley umbrella,” said DiSanto in a news release. “The directors of our affiliates and I share a common vision to better serve our clients by offering a unique depth and breadth of specialized services suited to client individual needs.”

Also at DP&C, James P. Queenan, principal in the accounting and audit department, has been named partner. Emilio N. Colapietro, partner and director of the accounting and auditing department, will take on the role of managing partner of DP&C.

“The firm has grown substantially since it was founded, and our clients understand and value our integrated service offering,” said Colapietro.
