Dr. Kate M. Lally

Dr. Kate M. Lally has been named palliative care physician at Affinity Physicians. Lally will also serve as medical director of palliative care for Kent Hospital and medical director for hospice care at VNA of Care New England. She previously served as medical director at Penn Hospice at Rittenhouse in Pennsylvania. Lally earned her medical degree from Yale School of Medicine. •
