Dr. Leonard Re-Appointed to University Board

Robert T. Leonard, Jr., D.O., of Narragansett, Rhode Island has been re-appointed to the Board of Trustees of the University of New England in Biddeford and Portland, Maine.

He is the founder and chief surgeon at Leonard Hair Transplant Associates, with offices located throughout New England. He specializes in medical and surgical treatment of hair loss.

Dr. Leonard earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of New Hampshire in 1981 and earned his medical degree at UNE’s College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1986. After internship and residency, Leonard completed a preceptorship in hair transplants surgery at the Chambers Hair Institute. He is past president of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery and a Diplomate of the American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery.
