Eagle Rock to hold Fall Forum

PROVIDENCE – Eagle Rock School & Professional Development Center, a nonprofit subsidiary of the American Honda Motor Co., will hold its annual Fall Forum, a two-day discussion on education issues, at The Met School and the Biltmore Hotel, on Nov. 10-11.
The Eagle Rock School is a year-round residential and full scholarship school in Colorado that enrolls students ages 15-17 from across the United States in an innovative learning program.
The Professional Development Center provides consulting services at school sites and host educators who study and learn from Eagle Rock practices.
Topics for the two-day forum include incorporating financial literacy into existing curriculum and peer mentoring, both at The Met School on Nov. 10.
On Nov. 11, The Coalition of Essential School’s Affiliate Centers will convene at the Biltmore Hotel to exchange ideas and share resources. The CES Network includes hundreds of schools that serve students in pre-K through high school in urban, suburban and rural communities.
