Earl F. Queenan Jr. has been named managing director of financial services for the R.I. Economic Development Corporation. In this role, Queenan will direct RIEDC business-financing programs and serve as a liaison with capital providers, legislative fiscal staff and federal and state agencies. He has 35 years of experience at the EDC, where he has held several senior management positions. •
