Elaine Wilcox has been named vice president of membership of the Rhode Island Hospitality Association. She will be responsible for recruiting and retaining new members, in addition to selling sponsorships and arranging partnerships. Wilcox served as the association’s sales and partnership marketing manager. She holds a B.S. in communications/advertising from Boston University. •
