Elizabeth Francis

Elizabeth Francis has been named executive director of the Rhode Island Council for the Humanities. Francis has a background in fundraising and education and served as director of corporate and foundation relations at Brown University. She is a member of the board of the International Charter School in Pawtucket. Francis holds a doctorate in American studies from Brown University •
