Ellen P. Paster has been appointed vice president, human resources at Washington Trust Co., where she will serve as the human resources business partner for wealth management and retail lending lines of business. Paster has 20 years of human resources experience and previously worked for Citizens Bank. She holds a master’s degree in international business from University of South Carolina. •
