For the third year, Providence-based medical-design and engineering company Ximedica hosted its annual Introduce A Girl To Engineering Day. This national movement shows girls how creative and collaborative engineering is and how the profession is impacting the world. Girls from Lincoln School in Providence and Bay View Academy in East Providence arrived Feb. 23 for a day of enlightenment from Ximedica’s team, including Design Engineer Adam Larouche, above left.
