Eric Churchill was recently appointed treasurer of the Providence Warwick Convention & Visitors Bureau board. Churchill is the general manager of the Providence Marriott Downtown hotel, where he has worked since 2006. A native Rhode Islander, he has been active in the hospitality business for 20 years. Churchill holds a bachelor’s degree in hotel restaurant management from Johnson & Wales University. •
