JOHNSTON – FM Global, the global commercial property insurer, on Thursday named Kevin S. Ingram senior vice president of finance and chief financial officer.
Ingram, who joined the company in 1990, succeeds Jeffrey A. Burchill, who has been with the company for more than four decades and is retiring.
“Jeff has made so many valuable contributions over his distinguished career, including collaborating with Kevin to significantly improve the performance of the company,” said FM Global president and CEO Thomas A. Lawson. “Although Jeff will be deeply missed, Kevin couldn’t be better prepared for the job.”
Ingram takes over responsibilities for all finance and risk management operations at the company. He’s held various senior-level positions at the company, according to the announcement, including oversight of business-risk consulting, business-risk management, analytics and business process improvement functions.
A graduate of Northern Illinois University, Ingram worked for six years at Ernst & Young before joining FM Global.
