Fitness club moving to Ocean State Plaza

WARREN – KeyPoint Partners, based in Burlington, Mass., has negotiated a lease with Maxx Fitness Clubzz for 23,042 square feet of space at the Ocean State Plaza.
The plaza is 126,200 square feet on Metacom Avenue. Tenants include Ocean State Job Lot, Family Dollar, Elsie’s Bakery and Fantastic Sams.
The new Maxx Fitness club will occupy a space on the Vernon Street side of the retail center, according to a news release.
