Focus Business Solutions merges with Brave River

WARWICK – Brave River Solutions, a Warwick-based technology services provider, announced Thursday the successful merger with Focus Business Solutions, a Web-design firm formerly located in Johnston. The two companies have combined to offer clients comprehensive online marketing, web design and development, website hosting and Internet technology support, Brave River said in a release.
Gil Lantini, president of Focus, joins Brave River Solutions as director of marketing with the merger.
“I knew that the long-term success of our clients [would be] better served by having a greater support staff behind me,” Lantini said in a statement.
He continued, “By combining staff, we now have access to over 20 local designers, developers and support personnel at the Warwick location.”
Ernie Gaines, president of Brave River, and Jim McAssey, vice president, both expressed confidence that the merger will also benefit Brave River’s current clients through the inclusion of Focus and Lantini’s expertise.
Focus Business Solutions has provided web design and marketing services in the Rhode Island community for 15 years.
Brave River Solutions is a technology solutions company for businesses in the Providence and Boston areas. In a release Brave River noted the similarities between Brave River’s customer-centric attitude and project management approach to those of Focus.
