Foley’s property on market

The Foley’s Hertz Rental Car property, at 105 Broadway St. in Newport, is on the market for the first time since 1976 with a list price of $1.25 million.
The commercial property is listed through Gustave White Sotheby’s International Realty.
The property is physically situated to be a potential “magnet” for the investor who wants to take advantage of the Broadway revitalization, said Paul Leys, broker and co-owner of Gustave White Sotheby’s, in a press release.
The property is 13,500-square feet, or almost a third of an acre, and is in a general business district. The building totals 7,156 square feet.
Potential uses for the site include an office building, restaurant or small boutique hotel, according to the real estate listing.
