Frank O’Reagan has been named director of Stat Emergency Medical Training School of Stat-Southcoast EMS. O’Reagan will oversee the program, developed to train EMTs, and its eight instructors. He has also served as captain of the Fall River Fire Department and its heavy rescue company. O’Reagan has an associate degree in fire science from Bristol Community College. •
