Free data protection seminar March 21

PROVIDENCE – There will be a free seminar on the best practices for data protection on March 21.

The complimentary seminar and lunch is being hosted by Cornerstone Records Management – a national company with a regional office in West Warwick – and Norwood-based Secure Network Services.

The hour-long event will take place at Mediterraneo on Atwells Avenue, starting at noon.

There will be two speakers: Shaun Stevens, director of product management of Cornerstone, and Kevin Low, founder of SNS.

They will speak about:

  • The role of tape in the recovery process.

  • How you can leverage existing technology for new benefits.

  • Questions you should ask data protection vendors.

  • What is the private cloud and how can it help your business?

  • Case Studies: How three organizations turned their weaknesses into strengths.
