Friday, Fleming’s will host a special Chateau Ste Michelle Family of Wines dinner featuring four wines paired with passed hors d’oeuvres and plated dishes for $85 per person. Cocktails and appetizers begin at 6:30, with lobster salad phyllo bites, lemongrass dressing and brie tartine with red onion. Next up, selections include roasted snapper, seared duck breast or whiskey sugar glazed ribeye. Following dinner, there will be assorted cheeses, chutneys, flatbreads and fruits offered with coffee and tea. The evening’s wine pairings will include a Riesling, chardonnay, merlot and cabernet sauvignon.
