GTECH opens lab at Zuccolo center

PROVIDENCE – GTECH Corp. held the opening of its After School Advantage Computer Lab at the Zuccolo Recreation Center in Providence on Dec. 20.
The $15,000 computer lab is the 171st learning lab that GTECH has installed. The After School Advantage program aims to lessen the “digital divide” between affluent and low-income families, GTECH said.
The lab has eight Dell flat-panel computers, new computer workstations, chairs and educational and creative software.
