George E. Boyden House sells for $1.1M

WARWICK – A turn-of-the-century Victorian with a waterfront address in Pawtuxet has sold for $1.1 million, according to a news release from Residential Properties Ltd.
The house at 15 Bayside Ave. is known as the George E. Boyden House and Carriage House. It was constructed in 1895, one of the first buildings in the Bayview Avenue area.
It was originally a summer home for Boyden, who was treasurer of the Vesta Knitting Mills, in Providence.
Sales Associate Meredyth Church of Residential Properties’ Providence office represented both buyer and seller in the transaction.
