Get ready because the bulls are coming! Lock your doors and close the blinds because the streets of Providence are about to get “gored.” The world famous Pamplona “Running of the Bulls” is finally coming to Rhode Island. Everyone will be seeing red, but at least it will be for a good cause.
Do you think you’re brave enough to face the fiercest bulls Providence has ever seen? After weeks of preparation, they will be waiting for you on Sunday, April 28th at 11am ready to interact with you on a less than two-mile-long course through downtown Providence. So we are calling all fearless Rhode Islanders, whether man, woman, or child, to team up and face the wrath of the bulls!
Proceeds will benefit Amos House, a Providence-based organization that provides support for men, women, and children in Rhode Island who are hungry, homeless and in crisis.
There will be a family-friendly after party at Burnside Park for all participants, featuring local food, drink, games, and live music.
These bulls have been sharpening their horns, practicing their speed, and did we mention lacing up their skates? So if you think you have what it takes, or are simply interested in supporting a great cause, get ready to “Get Gored for Good!”
