Getting ahead: ‘Digital marketing’ the key to leads for local insurer

PAWTUCKET – Chatterton Insurance Inc. has subcontracted the marketing-training services of Astonish, marking the start of a digital campaign that aims to increase leads by boosting customer engagement.

Chatterton, a small agency of one to 10 employees operating out of Pawtucket, partnered with the Warwick-based Astonish to produce a new website, ChattertonINS.com. The company hopes that the improvements to their marketing technology will further boost their reach to clients throughout Rhode Island, Connecticut and Massachusetts.

Astonish’s improvements to the agency website worked to essentially digitize the insurance office, allowing customers to obtain an insurance quote through internet correspondence by selecting desired services based on distinct categories -- auto, home, business and life.

Astonish, a firm headquartered out of Warwick and Orlando, Fla., provide services to clients on the “tactical use of email marketing, customer relationship management (CRM), social media construction and strategy and search engine marketing (SEM),” according to its LinkedIn profile.
