Governor, EDC focused on economic ‘wins’ for R.I.

Apparently, being a top executive at one of the largest pharmacy chains in the U.S. isn’t enough of a challenge for Helena Buonanno Foulkes. The executive vice president and chief marketing officer at CVS Caremark Corp. recently agreed to Gov. Lincoln D. Chafee’s request that she serve as vice chair of the R.I.
