A new parish hall is being placed next to the historic Grace Episcopal Church. The facility will have one story of space, but a peaked roofline that will allow for plenty of windows and an airy feel, according to church leaders. Construction began in late June and is expected to continue for a year. The architect is Centerbrook Architects, of Centerbrook, Conn. The value of the project was not specified. The general contractor is Bowerman Associates, of Providence.
