HDSI engages Holden Group as business development consultant

PROVIDENCE – Renewable energy and eco-sustainability company HDS International Corp. has engaged The Holden Group LLC to provide business development and relationship management services.

According to a release, HDSI decided to engage The Holden Group in response to a “perceived increase in interest for HDS’ CO2 capture, biomass production and waste management technologies.”

Under the terms of the engagement, Holden Group will identify, conduct due diligence on and present to the company prospective business opportunities and potential clients.

For the four-month agreement, HDS will issue Holden 600,000 restricted shares of the company’s common stock and pay a monthly retainer of $2,000 for the first month and $500 for each month thereafter.
