The Newport County Chamber of Commerce will host an HR Roundtable event on guidelines for performance appraisals and annual reviews from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. at the Chamber, 35 Valley Road, Middletown.

Bob Nula, human resources director at St. George’s School, will cover where and when to conduct performance appraisals, how to recap the year and comment on work performance, set goals and more. Nula will also address how to document the appraisal.
