Our wellness program, which we enhance each year.
What do you expect from employees that other companies don’t?
Because our practice is to not sever an employment relationship when a contract ends, we expect that associates are flexible and nimble with project assignments and job responsibilities.
What is your biggest challenge in creating a great place to work?
Not always having the same resources that may be available in a larger organization.
