The pharmaceutical industry is a smart career path for those who seek a high-paying job, and that’s especially true at Amgen Inc., the international giant with a campus in West Greenwich.
“Staff members can earn rewards that far exceed the industry standard,” said Tony Pankau, vice president for Rhode Island operations.
In addition to a strong salary, financial compensation includes generous cash bonuses distributed annually. The company’s long-term-incentive program rewards employees with a mix of restricted stock units, stock options, and performance units based on salary grade, job performance, critical skills and contributions to Amgen’s future success.
