BOSTON - Hinckley Allen & Snyder LLP announced Tuesday that it has expanded its Northeast presence with its newest location in New York City.
“The addition of this office coupled with our outstanding attorneys adds another important strategic dimension to our Northeast presence,” Marc Crisafulli, managing partner of Hinckley Allen, said in prepared remarks. “Their impressive experience, particularly in the finance and construction industries, expands our corporate trust, public finance and litigation practice, and further strengthens the capabilities we bring to bear in serving and growing our well-established client base.”
According to a company release, the addition of the office “continues to build upon the firm’s successful corporate, construction and real estate practice the firm has established in the Northeast.”
Melissa Paparone, who recently joined the firm, will be resident in the New York City office along with other firm lawyers servicing a wide array of clients.
