WARWICK – Home Loan Investment Bank, which is headquartered in Warwick, has opened a new residential lending office in Newport. A grand opening for the new office, located on Bellevue Avenue in the heart of Newport’s business district, was held on June 6.

“We are very excited to have this opportunity to have a local presence in historic Newport, known as the ‘City by the Sea,’ with its thriving demand for real estate and financing,” said Home Loan Investment Bank President and CEO Brian Murphy. “We are pleased to work with local realtors and homeowners to offer extraordinary service with our experienced mortgage bankers.”

The bank has a third Rhode Island residential lending location in East Greenwich, as well two full-service banking branches in Warwick and Providence. The bank also has Massachusetts offices in Hingham, Hopkinton, Methuen and Reading. Home Loan Investment Bank offers services in commercial lending, automobile financing, home improvement lending and small business financing.
