Home for the Holidays Candlelight Tour

After the holiday rush is over, a visit to the Hearthside House Museum is an ideal time to enjoy the elegance of this beautiful home by the amber glow of candlelight and twinkling lights of Christmas trees. Volunteer hosts dressed in Victorian finery provide a guided tour of the 1810 mansion, detailing its 200-year history. Take the opportunity for an evening out with family or house guests to enjoy the elaborate decorations if you missed it earlier in the month.

Space is limited for tours so advance registration is required. Tours available at 6:30, 7:30 or 8:30 p.m. each night. Call 401-726-0597 to reserve. $10/adults; $8/seniors; $4/ages 10-17; under 10 free.

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, Hearthside House Museum is run by the Friends of Hearthside, an all-volunteer organization dedicated to the preservation, protection, promotion and interpretation of this 200-year old home. Proceeds from this event and admissions benefit the continued restoration of this Blackstone Valley landmark.
