CHARLESTOWN – A waterfront home at 94 Powaget Ave., Charlestown, sold recently for $1.35 million.
This is among the top 10 sales in Charlestown in the past 12 months, according to a news release from Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty, whose broker and owner Ray Mott represented the sellers.
The buyers were represented by Annie Fox of Coldwell Banker Cahoone Realtors.
The house on Ninigret Pond has two wraparound decks and water views of both the pond and the ocean. It has a contemporary design combined with an exterior of classic cedar shingles.
