Case Snow Management Inc. provides snow and ice management services to commercial clients across New England and New York. Based in North Attleborough, Case Snow’s clients vary from retail to industrial and medical establishments.

Servicing more than 750 locations, Case is the fifth-largest snow and ice contractor in North America.

Account executive Neal Glatt attributes the company’s 176 percent growth rate to customer demand.

“People in New England have less tolerance for snow and ice impacting daily activities,” he said. “Further, the legal environment has shifted to cause potential tremendous losses to those who don’t exercise reasonable care in maintaining their facilities.”

Last winter challenged Case Snow to its maximum capacity, with record-breaking snowfall throughout the Northeast. Glatt credits the company’s success and smooth operation to teamwork, paired with the right investments in top-of-the-line equipment. “From every single shoveler in the field [they employ more than 500], every moment of wintertime has the opportunity to be a success or failure,” he said.

“When … you’re facing a 30-inch blizzard, the people in this organization decide they’re going to keep pushing,” he said, “even when Mother Nature is bringing the worst.” •
