It’s all about the talent

The person at the top of any enterprise, large or small, for-profit or nonprofit, gets the recognition, for things gone right or wrong. And that is as it should be.

But the chances of success are improved greatly if that person has accomplished people working for him. In today’s world, that means loading up your C-Suite with talent.

That was our reasoning when we decided to expand our Chief Financial Officers Awards program this year to include the full range of C-Suite residents. It just makes so much sense.

For example, our Career Achiever, Lisa Bisaccia, could hardly be more valuable for her employer, CVS Health Corp. As this retail pharmacy and benefits manager has continued to grow – its employee count is now close to a quarter-million people – keeping the company a cohesive whole is more important than ever.

Bisaccia is not alone in being a key player among the region’s businesses. Read the profiles of all the winners and you’ll see why.

This inaugural C-Suite Awards program would not have been possible without the continuing support of our sponsors, first of all presenting sponsor KPMG, which has been with PBN since the C-Suite predecessor CFO Awards began, as well as partner sponsors the Bryant University Executive Development Center and Cornerstone Gencorp, The Hilb Group.
