James Nagelberg has been named an associate at Hinckley, Allen & Snyder LLP. Nagelberg will serve on the firm’s Litigation and White Collar Defense and Government Investigations law groups. He brings to his role previous experience assisting clients in matters including dispositive motions, discovery, proffers, trial preparation and sentencing. Nagelberg earned his J.D. from Boston College Law School. •
