Why did you select your profession?

My dad gave me … the opportunity to learn about all aspects of running a business, from sales to marketing to service excellence and, most of all, creating a unique value proposition.

Where do you see yourself professionally in 10 years?

Running a company that has truly redefined the way that life insurance and retirement products are sold.

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever been given?

When my dad convinced me to join the family business … he said: “Take my offer!”

What one thing in your professional life would you like a do-over on?

Seven years ago I had an opportunity to start a retirement advisory business and had the financial backing for it. It was a good opportunity that I didn’t follow through with. •
