Why did you select your profession?
I’ve been involved in the arts since I was a kid. … I definitely wanted to work in a regional theater, but I’d never thought about working in development. … After a few conversations, I quickly realized that working in development was a perfect marriage of my interests and my abilities.
Where do you see yourself professionally in 10 years?
Continuing to support the arts community and ensuring access to the arts for young people.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever been given?
Be driven, find opportunities, but don’t trample on people to be successful. … Take the time to help others and build positive relationships along the way.

Trust in yourself and have more adventures!
