Jessica David has been promoted to vice president for strategy, planning and special projects at The Rhode Island Foundation. David joined the foundation in 2006 as a special-projects officer and was most recently director of the department. She holds a B.A. from American University and an MBA from Bryant University. She volunteers for Home & Hospice Care of Rhode Island and the Ronald McDonald House of Providence. •
