Jo-Ann Harrington has been named assistant vice president and branch manager of The Washington Trust Co.’s East Providence branch. Harrington will be responsible for developing and motivating her staff and managing the daily operations of the branch. She has more than 30 years of banking experience and holds a bachelor’s degree from Providence College. •
