John Capone has been hired as senior counsel for the intellectual property team at Duffy & Sweeney. Capone, who has experience prosecuting and litigating intellectual property rights for multinational technology companies, focuses on licensing and transactional negotiations, security and compliance matters and all facets of intellectual property law. He holds a J.D. from Case Western Reserve University. •
