Why did you select your profession?

I was influenced by my father’s profession. My father worked in labor relations and human resources throughout my childhood and early adulthood. I was always intrigued by his work.

Where do you see yourself professionally in 10 years?

I see myself in an executive level position with Bridge Technical Talent … overseeing the operations of Bridge offices across the country.

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever been given?

Reputation is everything in business, and it can be lost easily. If you give someone a reason not to trust you, they will give you a reason not to work with you.

What advice would you give your 22-year-old self?

Focus on being excellent in what you do, and success will follow. … Pursuing a career path in a less-known industry, which was better tailored to my personality yielded the most success.

What is your favorite Rhode Island escape or hobby?

My favorite Rhode Island escape is catching Pawtucket Red Sox games. •
