Why did you select your profession?
When I completed graduate school … I had a unique opportunity in a family business that others would not have, so I decided to take it.
Where do you see yourself professionally in 10 years?
I would like to continue to grow and develop my skills so that I can perform at a higher level, provide added value to clients and grow the business.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever been given?
I was told that there are no easy paths to success. Hard work, commitment and consistency are [key to] good results.
What advice would you give your 22-year-old self?
Commit to education and training while you’re young.
How do you keep a work-life balance?
Try to do some fun things and reward yourself for hard work.
What one thing in your professional life would you like a do-over on?
There are so many, I can’t pick one but every mistake is a learning experience, so I’m continuously working to improve for the future. •
