Joseph M. Bell has been appointed officer and branch manager of Bank-Newport’s North Kings-town office, where he will be responsible for branch operations, business development and staff development. Bell has been with BankNewport since 2005. He holds a B.S. in communication studies from the University of Rhode Island. •
